I got this e-mail about my husbands pictures, with some neat information. Thanks a bunch!
I was just looking at your photos on your web site. The photo "unknown group" was taken in the Life Support shop at Da Nang with 2 crew members checking out their gear before a flight, the guy in the white shirt is Joe Morrow the ncoic of the shop this must about the 1st flight of the day since Joe just worked the first part of the day and that would be late afternoon on Stinger time. Photo "unknown group #2" would again be at the life support shop at Da Nang standing outside and just starting to walk in. The Big 3 on the wall means that their is Flares and Munitions inside and the red barrel outside the door was to check that your gun was empty. I was in Life Support at Da Nang from 70-72, the faces look familiar and I have most of the names in my head but I have a hard time putting them together but I do remember your husband his nickname was Rex. I after said I wish that I would have Photo of all the crews and wrote the name on them, but when you are just 22 you have more thing to think about than photos and name and besides who would ever think in your 20s that in your 50s your mind would get fuzzy. I hope this helpful or interesting
